How to prepare the room and yourself before you begin
- Close any open windows. Wind or draft may bring micro organisms that can contaminate the Magic Mushroom grow kit.
- Put the grow box with the cake on a clean area after removing it from the carton box. Microorganisms may stick to the grow box if this surface were dirty, flourish within the Magic Mushroom grow kit, and contaminate the grow box.

Instructions: Starting the Magic Mushroom grow kit
1. Take the magic mushroom grow kit, plastic bag and paperclip out of the box. Remove the lid of the mushroom grow kit (store the lid properly). Rinse the lid under running water. You will need it again later (step 7).

Although practically any temperature above 15 °C will cause mushrooms to thrive, 23 °C is the best temperature for a successful harvest. To maintain this temperature without having to heat the entire space, special heat mats are available.
5. Phase 2: When the mushrooms are somewhat larger, the pins hold the bag slightly ajar so that the moisture may escape. Moisture in excess is not desirable.
After about a week, the first mushrooms will be seen. It will take you around a week to reap your first crop. Make sure to collect prior to the first spores falling! Freshmushroom grow kits soon yield their first crop.
After just one week, the first buds are already apparent. This growing process could be slightly delayed by low and hot temperatures. The mushrooms typically take one to two weeks to completely mature.
6.Multiple mushroom harvests may be produced with these kits. After the first harvest, do this by putting clean tap water in the kit. Cold shock is the term for this procedure. It gives the mycelium fresh vitality and makes sure there is adequate moisture for the mushrooms to thrive.
7. Place the lid of the grow Kit back on the kit. Let the kit rest for 12 hours. Open a corner of the lid and drain the excess water. From here you can follow the instructions from step 1 again. This process can be repeated several times.

How to store the grow kit correctly

Temperature
24°C is considered optimal. Keep the temperature from falling below 18°C and from rising above 29°C. You can use a thermo mat to keep the temperature from falling below the recommended level of 18°C. In winter or in colder climates, a thermo mat is a need.
Light
The mycelium in the magic mushroom grow kit simply requires light to “understand” that it has reached the surface. Then mushrooms will start to develop. A few hours each day of indirect sunshine or fluorescent/artificial light are more than adequate. Avoid letting the sun beam directly on the grow kit as it may destroy the mycelium.
Mushrooms
